A total of Nine (9) selected feeder roads are earmarked for upgrade in Mpulungu Constituency under the 2025 Constituency Development Funds (CDF) allocation.

So far Six (6) out of the Nine (9)Feeder Roads are being worked and works are almost complete.

In Tanganyika Ward the roads are:

-Zaoga to Musende

-Chimbotela to Margaret

-Shimenso Road, from Muzabwela Market to Kasala upto Na Nkole.

In Central, Mankonga, Isoko and Namukale wards:

-3.7 Kilometers from Niamukolo SDA to Hospital Road

-1.7 Kilometers From Posa to Kasasa water intake

-10 Kilometers of the Chisanza Road

-13 kilometers from Hospital Junction to Sondwa village via Chitinta School upto Kasenga Farm Block.

Other Roads yet to be worked on in the Plateau Area are;
-17 Kilometers of the Vyamba to Mululwe Road

-25 Kilometers of the Vyamba to Chibote Road.

The upgrade of the roads will improve the transportation of goods, boost trade and enhance the Local economy.

The upgrade and rehabilitation of these feeder roads in the District is yet another demonstration of how the Constituency Development Funds (CDF) is indeed making a positive impact on the lives of the People of Mpulungu.
